This vintage timber-loft office building in West Lincoln Park further expands both our portfolio and our neighborhood presence in a long-time Chicago neighborhood. This office building will be converted into 47 residential units with onsite amenities and multiple outdoor spaces, including private balconies for select apartments!

This newly acquired office building in the heart of West Loop not only extends our portfolio into an amazing new neighborhood, but will be our largest residential building to date! This former office building will be transformed into a mixed-use site, with 74 proposed units, and multiple resident amenity spaces, including a 7th floor lounge, a rooftop with grills, a cafe, a fitness center, a yoga room, and more!
Units will feature modern finishes, ranging in size from studios to 2-bedroom apartments, with all of the standards found in most of our apartments, including stainless steel appliances, flat panel cabinetry, quartz counters, central heat & air, front-loading washers and dryers, and more!
Our latest acquisition in West Lincoln Park is several existing buildings that were connected in a previous life to create a mixed-use commercial property. Tucked away from the traffic, and located just across the street from another new acquisition on Evergreen Avenue, this exciting property location is near all the action in Lincoln Park!
The final plan is to be determined as we review all options and possibilities with this large parcel on a corner location, but residential apartments and possibly retail are likely, especially given the property's walkability & great location. Check back here for more updates!

This exciting project in Ravenswood gave new life to the iconic Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, transforming it into a 42-unit residential development, ranging in size from studios to 2-bedroom apartments. Units feature open floor plans, high ceilings, natural light, stainless steel appliances, front-loading laundry, smart thermostats, roller shades, and more. Residents can look forward to an array of building amenities, including two resident lounges, a fitness room, secure bike storage, an elevator, and a ButterflyMX intercom system.
Once the iconic Masonic Temple in Evanston, Illinois, our newest project under the Honore umbrella ventures beyond the cityscape into the welcoming suburbs. In this adaptive reuse renovation, we're meticulously transforming this historic landmark into a 30-unit residential haven, thoughtfully enriched with a host of on-site conveniences, including a business center and fitness room. Complemented by contemporary finishes, this development breathes fresh life into a piece of history, offering an inviting and modern living experience.
From its initial use as a convent for the historic Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii since 1923 to a 14-unit residential redevelopment, this 3-story building has undergone an amazing transformation! Many of the original window openings were re-fitted with brand new windows to keep some of the historic look. Spacious layouts, stunning contemporary finishes, and high ceilings are complimented by tons of natural light! This property is within walking distance to many of Chicago's finest healthcare facilities and teaching hospitals.
This newly rehabbed building converted an old bowling alley into 24 updated apartments! For this adaptive re-use development, we converted a former SRO convent into 16 residential units! The contemporary finishes, including mixed cabinetry, quartz counters, high ceilings, and stainless steel appliances make these studios, 1-bedrooms, and 2-bedroom units the perfect West Town home!
1038 N Ashland is now home to the Honore Properties office, as well as 18 residential apartments, from studios to 2-bedroom units! To compliment the loft-style feel and high ceilings, we went with modern finishes, including flat-panel cabinetry, quartz counters, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and exposed ductwork. With a shared rooftop deck including grills and furniture for outdoor space, residents love this Ukrainian Village building!
This mixed-use building was rehabbed to create 12 residential units, with entrances on both Grace Street and Western Avenue. The apartments feature contemporary finishes, including white shaker-style cabinetry, quartz counters, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, can lighting throughout, and even exposed brick in select units! The added exterior porch space for each unit creates additional seasonal living space!
