Honore Properties and Peerless Development Team Up Again To Expand Their Lincoln Park Portfolio
The acquisition of 821 W Eastman marks the third acquisition in recent months for Honore Properties and Peerless Development in the Goose Island | Lincoln Park area. The property consists of three commercial tenants, including British Schools, Bright Horizons Daycare, and Hill Family Pet Care and will continue in its current use. Honore Properties also owns the building next door (1415 N Dayton Street) as well as the 4-story vintage loft building just down the block and across the street at 811 W Evergreen Avenue which it plans to convert into 47 residential units, with delivery in Summer of 2026!
